Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Appspedia (Private) Limited ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Appspedia (Private) Limited provides web development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, server management, and related technology services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or proposals.

Project Agreements

All projects are governed by individual project agreements or proposals that outline:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Revision and change request policies

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

• A deposit of 50% is required before work begins
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Intellectual Property

Client Materials

You retain ownership of all content, materials, and intellectual property you provide to us for use in your project.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the custom code and designs created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary code in future projects.

Third-Party Components

Projects may include third-party software, plugins, or libraries that are subject to their own licenses. We will inform you of any such components and their licensing terms.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your project
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to use any content you provide
• Make payments according to agreed terms

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we do not guarantee:

• Specific business results or outcomes
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of delivered software
• Compatibility with all third-party systems or future updates

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appspedia (Private) Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

We will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• You will pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work and materials
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on work completed

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
